ManipalCigna Health Insurance (MCHI) realised the need to remind people of their health priorities through an endearing narrative which draws parallels between Diwali and health insurance. By integrating relatable scenarios which are a common sight during Diwali, the brand conveys how Diwali feels incomplete without such instances just the way health protection is incomplete unless one has the assurance of health insurance. In all, 2 ad films were conceptualised and produced with the customer-centric film which establishes MCHI commitment to improve every Indian’s health protection while the 2nd ad film salutes the MCHI advisors and partners for driving the brand’s objective of providing quality healthcare in India.
Both films deliver a seamless narrative led by a powerful script which is aptly backed by endearing scenes. In the 1st film, a family exhibits how MCHI’s TG across customers across age groups manoeuvre through the festivities as the father doesn’t fail to renew his family’s health insurance plan. In contrast, 2nd film brings forth the many MCHI advisors and partners across ethnicities in India who never miss out on their commitment of serving clients, be it an emergency or festive times.
